Level one member

Benefits: get access to to P4L knowledge base with all the information on biophotonics and on the expertise and collaboration opportunities in P4L as well as on related methodologies and technologies, continuously gathered by the network and provided through its knowledge management.
Requests: to fill in at least one item in the e-inventory of the knowledge database to show your own expertises and competences

Level two member (contracted base)

Benefits: get priority assistance in locating the most appropriate partner(s) in P4L for contract research and for setting up contract work
enhance your visibility and PR through workshops and exhibitions organized by P4L
get reduced registration rates for P4L’s industrial workshops
describe your companies profile in the P4L newsletter
advertise your products on the P4L Portal through your company logo and a link to your company website
display your company's job offers on the P4L Portal and reach more than 300 qualified researchers
Requests: pay a membership fee

How to join

To become an Industrial User Club (IUC) member you have to follow the four steps mentioned below:

1. Read the IUC agreement and have two IUC agreements signed by the head of your division or company

2. Return two signed IUC agreements by ordinary mail to our Project Support Officer

3.1 For level one member

  • After you have received from us a temporary account (valid for 4 weeks) to the database, which allows you only to fill information into the database, you are obliged to fill in at least one entry for the database.

3.2 For level two member

  • After we received the signed IUC agreement we will send you an invoice for your membership fee.

> 250 Employees 2000 €

Transfer the membership fee using the following account numbers:

and include the message: IUC membership
  • Inform our Project Support Officer and our IUC Communication officer by e-mail of your payment

4. Membership completion

  • Once you have accomplished the above steps, we will return an original of the IUC agreement, signed by the Network Coordinator, and register you as an IUC member for one year. We will also provide you with the necessary access codes to the IUC P4L portal.

If you have additional questions please do not hesitate to contact our IUC communication officer, Tom Guldemont, who will assist you with the registration procedure, answer your questions, and/or provide you with additional information whenever necessary. The P4L network is looking forward to welcoming you as the member of its Industrial Users Club.
