Regulatory and ethical issues are substantially important points that have to be considered at all stages of development especially when new tools and technologies arrive at the stage of clinical testing. To identify and avoid problems right from the beginning, PHOTONICS4LIFE will also initiate and maintain close cooperation with the patient’s interest groups.
On Wednesday Italian researchers have won the first prize in the Innovation Village Awards of the Photonics Europe, the largest conference on optical research in Europe. The aim of this school is to support early pharmaceutical research by training young post-PhD investigators, by promoting the exchange of knowledge, supporting skills and know-how and providing access to various technologies.
